UTTI, at its option, will at no charge either repair, exchange, or replace the Product during the warranty period provided it is returned in accordance with the terms of this warranty. Replaced parts or boards are warranted for the balance of the original applicable warranty period. All replaced parts or Product shall become the property of
UTTI. Any repairs not covered by this warranty will be charged at the cost of replaced parts plus the UTTI hourly labor rate current at that time.

This express limited warranty is extended by UTTI to the original end user purchaser only and is not assignable or transferable to any other party. This is the complete warranty for Products manufactured by and for
UTTI. UTTI does not warrant the installation, maintenance or service of the Product.

UTTI cannot be responsible in any way for any ancillary equipment not furnished by UTTI that is attached to or used in connection with UTTI’s Products, or for operation of the Product with any ancillary equipment and all such equipment is expressly excluded from this warranty. The Global Positioning System (“GPS”) is operated and supported by the U.S. Department of Defense and is made available for civilian use solely at its discretion. GPS is subject to degradation of position, velocity, and time accuracy by the Department of Defense and can be affected by a multitude of potential error-introducing factors, including but not limited to: Equipment malfunction or operator error; Poor PDOP at time of position collection; GPS receiver setup/configuration; Length of occupation time; Multipath degradation and ionospheric disturbances; Deliberate or unintentional termination of position signals from US Government satellites. UTTI does not warrant GPS availability or performance. Mapping data accuracy and availability is provided and supported by third party vendors and is made available solely at their discretion. UTTI incorporates such mapping data as a “reference tool” and does not warrant the accuracy or availability of the data.
